Bournecoast was founded in 1960 by Major W. G. Webb and is still run by his family, now in its third generation, from an office on Southbourne Grove. It manages self-catering holiday homes and long-term rentals for owners in Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch, taking short breaks and extended winter stays alongside standard tenancies, and also sells buy-to-let and holiday-let property. Managed properties are covered by an out-of-hours service.
