Essential use
Authentication cookies keep signed-in sessions secure. Local storage remembers a pseudonymous visitor identifier for deduplicated listing activity and records your cookie choice. These functions support the service and do not create an advertising profile.
Audience measurement
We count page views with a self-hosted Umami instance run by Sandbanks Digital Ltd. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and builds no cross-site profile, so it runs without a consent prompt and is not affected by the choice below.
Advertising use
If advertising is enabled and you choose Accept all, Google may use cookies or similar identifiers to deliver and measure adverts. Choosing Reject all prevents the AdSense script from loading through our site controls.
Changing or withdrawing your choice
Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. The button below reopens the cookie banner so you can accept or refuse again, and the Cookies link in the footer of every page brings you back here. A change takes effect immediately: refusing stops the advertising script loading and prevents further advertising cookies being set through our site controls, without a reload. Cookies Google has already stored on your device are cleared through your browser settings, as we cannot delete them for you.
Before public advertising launches, this control will be integrated with a Google-certified consent management platform for UK and EEA visitors.
