About Ippon Gym
Ippon Gym is a martial arts gym on Terrace Road in the centre of Bournemouth, set up by Jeff Lawson and home to the UK headquarters of the Paraestra gym network. Its timetable covers Brazilian jiu-jitsu in the gi and no-gi, judo and wrestling, with fundamentals classes, open mats, a competition class and separate sessions for children and teens. One-to-one personal training is also offered, members book classes through the TeamUp app, and the NCP on Terrace Road is the nearest car park.
