Kala Thai is a Thai restaurant and bar at 127 Old Christchurch Road in Bournemouth, run by Bangkok-born chef Tom Saengthong with a team of Thai chefs. The menu sets familiar dishes such as satay, curries and Pad Thai beside house specialities including Weeping Tiger steak and duck in honey and tamarind, all cooked to order without MSG. There is a cocktail list, seating indoors and on a roofed terrace, and tables can be booked online or by phone. The whole venue can be hired for private events.
