About Koi Sakana
Koi Sakana is a seafood and oyster bar at 1 The Triangle in Bournemouth town centre, opened by Daniel and Charlotte, who grew up in the town and renovated the premises themselves. The menu is small plates for sharing, built on seasonal, sustainably sourced seafood and cooked with traditional and Japanese techniques, inspired by the couple's travels in Australia. An oyster happy hour runs from Wednesday to Saturday. Walk-ins are welcome, tables can be booked online, and dress is smart casual.
