About M's Bakery
M's Bakery is a family-run artisan bakery at 805 Christchurch Road in Pokesdown, founded by Marta and Istvan, who began by selling cakes at the local market. Everything is made from scratch on the premises: sourdough loaves that take at least 24 hours, a changing daily bread rota, croissants and other pastries, and cakes, which can also be made to order for occasions. Its sourdough took the overall prize at the World Bread Awards in 2018 and 2022.
