About Nippon Inn
The Nippon Inn is an izakaya, a Japanese restaurant and pub, at 124 Charminster Road in Bournemouth. Steve and Yoko opened it in 2007 after several years working together in Japan, and its Japanese staff serve sushi, noodles, yakitori, tempura, gyoza and katsu curry, with sake and Japanese beers including Asahi on tap. There are separate lunch and main menus with vegetarian and vegan dishes. It opens Tuesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner, and tables can be booked online or by phone.
