About Penn Hill Flooring
Penn Hill Flooring is an independent, family-run business owned by Carl and Jenny James, who opened their showroom in the former chemist's at Bank Chambers on Penn Hill Avenue in August 2017. They supply and fit carpets, sheet vinyl, laminate, luxury vinyl tile and solid or engineered wood, as well as safety flooring and entrance matting, and can make rugs to order from their carpet ranges. Surveys and estimates are free, and fitting includes lifting old flooring and preparing the subfloor.
