Pettengells opened its first office on Lymington Road in Highcliffe in 1988 and added a New Milton branch in 1995, with each office run by a resident partner. The Highcliffe team concentrates on residential sales across Highcliffe, Mudeford, Friars Cliff, Stanpit, Purewell, Burton, Walkford and neighbouring villages. Sellers start with a free marketing appraisal, and the firm prepares particulars with photographs and floor plans, accompanies every viewing and reports back afterwards.
