About Quay Holidays
Quay Holidays was started in 2006 by Helen Challis with five Poole properties and now manages more than 115 holiday homes between Poole and Christchurch, from harbour-side flats to larger houses. The family-owned business works from Orchard Plaza on Poole's High Street, employs its own housekeeping and maintenance staff, and offers owners a fully managed service covering pricing, marketing, cleaning and linen, while guests can book online at any time.
