The Way Outback is the taproom of The Way Outback Brewing Company at 144 Seabourne Road in Southbourne. It stands on the original brewery site and now runs as a local pub, while the beer is made in a former car garage in Southbourne that the company turned into a microbrewery. The taproom opens from 4pm Tuesday to Thursday and from 2pm Friday to Sunday, with last rounds half an hour before closing. The company also has a mobile bar and sells merchandise and gift cards online.
