About Yoga Lounge
Yoga Lounge was founded in 2012 and occupies the ground floor of 704-708 Christchurch Road in Boscombe. It has three practice spaces kept at different temperatures, a hot room, a warm room and a cool room, and its timetable mixes a range of yoga styles with pilates and meditation for everyone from beginners to experienced students. Classes can also be joined by livestream or replayed on demand, and there is a small free car park behind the studio.
