About Hiker Café
The Hiker Café stands at the end of Broadway on Hengistbury Head, the headland between Bournemouth and Christchurch, a short walk from the visitor centre. It serves breakfasts, lunches, cream teas, homemade cakes and ice cream, with freshly ground coffee, smoothies and milkshakes. Tables are first come, first served, and an outside kiosk takes orders from the full menu for walkers with dogs, which are not allowed indoors. The land train to Mudeford Beach runs from the café.
