The café side serves coffee from North Star Coffee Roasters in Leeds and guest roasters, with a seasonal food menu that includes its croffles, and tables at Southbourne can be booked. The floristry side makes hand-tied bouquets, dried arrangements and wedding flowers, runs workshops and delivers nationwide. It also sells gifts from independent makers.
