About Syd's Slaps
Syd's Slaps is a family-run café at 12 Southbourne Grove that calls itself a neighbourhood caff by day and an evening gaff by night. Its menu centres on traditional breakfasts and loaded 'slaps', served with coffee from local roaster Bomo Roast, and from midday the smoker turns out beef brisket, pulled pork, ribs and chicken thighs, with jackfruit, halloumi and mushroom options for vegetarians. Orders can be placed online for click and collect, and the venue also hosts events.
